Make an Impact!

We're looking for a passionate Employment Coach to support our supported employees at our Seven Hills site.
You'll help train, coach, and empower people with disability to build skills, feel confident, and achieve their workplace and NDIS goals. This is an onsite role with no travel-just a supportive, friendly team around you each day.

Responsibilities:

  • Support supported employees to build workplace skills and achieve their employment goals
  • Promote a strong safety culture and escalate hazards or incidents when needed
  • Assist with Individual Support Plans, NDIS review processes, and progress reporting
  • Deliver and support induction, coaching, and on-the-job learning
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits, reporting, attendance and rosters
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, carers, and stakeholders
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and referral activities for supported employees

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working alongside people with disability in employment or support settings (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work within a person-centred and rights-based framework
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems
  • Experience in coaching or delivering workplace learning is desirable

Qualifications:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar (highly regarded)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
